We were there at the end of December 2023 (no snow), what seemed like their off-season, and wanted something close to Detroit Ski area. Basic hotel! Rooms are a little too small for 4 people with two suitcases. We had standard room and could barely move around the room. Very small! Amenities are good. Nice hot breakfast (and great employees working there during breakfast!!!). Really hot water for tea! (not work like in many hotels!) Clean and seemed pretty new! Recommend this hotel! Must be real deal during the season!

Really lovely new hotel. We ate twice at the adjacent restaurant and had good food both times. Nice sitting area in the lobby with outlets for working on a computer. Iced fruit infused water in the lobby. Quiet location if staying on the side away from the street. 2 downfalls, very small pool and the heaters in the room are noisy.

Pool was FREEZING COLD, NO fun for our grandkids, or us. The handicap room had NO grab bars in bathroom, low toilet, couldn't turn the wheelchair around in bathroom, had to go in and out of bathroom, not handicap accessible at all. VERY POORLY designed room for supposedly handicapped room. If you are a handicap person please keep this in mind. Plus side of staying here. Breakfast was very good, the breakfast serving lady was wonderful, biscuits and gravy were amazing, good assorted items.

Early check in available. kid-friendly Small pool, lots of workout areas with good equipment. Staff went way above and beyond. Made my parents (who are never happy with any hotel we go to) very happy and satisfied

Very happy with this location. Very quiet a/c units, busy but still very clean. Nice staff. Fitness room is ok. Breakfast is very typical for continental breakfast. We will stay here again.

Was a very nice place to stay for the night. Multiple places to eat and drink near by. The pool is small. But you are just down from a massive lake.

Very nice hotel in the heart of DL! Just across from the park and the Pavillion. Excellent service and free breakfast. Clean and good size rooms with very good beds. There is a little bit of noise from the crowd downtown at night, but that is to be expected in the middle of summer during a festival.

I found this hotel excellent for a work trip or vacation trip. The room was clean, they offered breakfast which was always great, they have a fitness center and the location is good, near downtown and a few options for restaurants within walking distance. But the most amazing thing is the staff, they are awesome, friendly, helpful and kind. I totally recommend it.
